Our seasonal menu rotates on a four weekly basis and caters for allergies and dietary restrictions. Children with allergies or food intolerances are given an alternate meal catering for their individual needs. Our centre is strictly nut free and we do not allow any food brought in from home. This protects those who have an allergy or are diagnosed with anaphylaxis. Infants who have been introduced to solids are provided with a variety of meals and snacks of progressing texture according to their age and stage of development.
Our large servery and produce harvested from our gardens provide great opportunities for our chef and children to work together in cooking experiences. Our veggie patches support our focus of sustainable practices. Worm farms, compost bins and recycled water buckets are all maintained by the children, with guidance from our horticulturalist and team. Incorporating a ‘Garden to Plate’ program aims to enhance our wellbeing focus that educates a healthy understanding of nourishing the body, mind and earth.
